I’m Kim, your soon-to-be corporate bestie who said BYE to boring meal prep and workouts I hated (that never kept the weight off anyway) for a life where I could finally feel confident, energized, and free to enjoy fries, cocktails, and weekend brunch. Bonus: I lost 30 lbs and have kept it off for years.
Now I help women just like you do the same – without giving up any of the fun.

The Work Life Thrive Process
Phase 1: The Foundation Fix
We dig into your past dieting history, daily routine, work schedule, and so much more. We’ll make adjustments that will move the needle so you’re not asking yourself, “Is this actually working?” and, quite literally, lay the foundation for fat loss first.
Phase 2: The Metabolism Reset
We’ll ditch the daily bloat and reset the way your body responds to dieting. That way, you can stop the constant weight fluctuations on the scale and finally push past the same 10-15 pounds. By now, your body will be *primed* to lose fat successfully.
Phase 3: The Confident Cut
We create a sustainable calorie deficit so you can still actually eat (always the #1 priority tbh) and feel your clothes fitting better (because your body and metabolism have been set up for success in Phase 1 and 2).
Phase 4: The Lifestyle Lock-In
We’ll make sure you actually maintain these results beyond your “after” photo. You’ll be able to finally stop thinking about weight loss, live that balanced 80/20 lifestyle, and enjoy life feeling happy in your body.
My Story
And naturally, I did the whole 1,200 calorie diet thing for a while. I would eat low calorie Monday to Thursday, then spend the weekend drinking, partying, and eating fast food.
Next came an era full of expensive AF workout classes: SoulCycle, Orangetheory, CorePower, solidcore…and yet I STILL didn’t look like I worked out.
I spent the year before my wedding actually learning how to eat for my body and with my schedule. I stopped all the classes and started lifting weights at home. This was the first time ever that I was able to stick with something and the results speak for themselves. I’ve maintained a 30 pounds weight loss and have never felt better in my life.
I’ve since coached over 100 women inside of my Work Life Thrive program, mainly helping 9-5 women who are DONE thinking about dieting finally get results.
After gaining weight in college (hi, freshman 30 instead of 15 #oops), I started running as a way to drop some pounds. Running became a huge part of my life.
Fast forward to 2016, I started my first corporate job out of college and gained weight very quickly…again. We’ll call this one the #Corporate20.
When I got engaged, something really hit me. I was spending so. much. time. working out and thinking about my body…but I looked the exact same. I was so over wasting time and money, so I decided to try something totally different.
My bridal era was over, but my coaching era was just beginning. I knew I needed to teach this to other women, so I invested in four different macros, nutrition, and mindset courses and became a Certified Nutrition Coach.
