Once a burnt out corporate gal surviving on meal prep that tasted like cardboard and bootcamp-style workout classes I couldn’t stand, I finally broke free from my “skinny fat” era (losing 30 lbs in the process) while still enjoying Starbucks and Chick-fil-A every single week.
Now I help busy 9-5 women who are constantly thinking about losing 10 pounds make health and fitness an enjoyable part of their life (without taking over their entire life) and finally get results so they can stop thinking about dieting.
