The Work Life Thrive Process

Phase 1: The Foundation Fix

We dig into your past dieting history, daily routine, work schedule, and so much more. We’ll make adjustments that will move the needle so you’re not asking yourself, “Is this actually working?” and, quite literally, lay the foundation for fat loss first.

Phase 2: The Metabolism Reset

We’ll ditch the daily bloat and reset the way your body responds to dieting. That way, you can stop the constant weight fluctuations on the scale and finally push past the same 10-15 pounds. By now, your body will be *primed* to lose fat successfully.

Phase 3: The Confident Cut

We create a sustainable calorie deficit so you can still actually eat (always the #1 priority tbh) and feel your clothes fitting better (because your body and metabolism have been set up for success in Phase 1 and 2).

  • I totally get that macro tracking might feel intimidating! Many years ago, I used to feel the same way and thought it was “crazy” to weigh fruit. The majority of my clients will just track their calories and protein (we’re not trying to become body builders over here) and use tracking as an awareness tool vs. getting bogged down by it. While I recommend some form of tracking for the best results, habit tracking is also an option!

  • I have good news for you – I’m not that coach who’s going to make you eat grilled chicken and broccoli (and definitely not cottage cheese). My coaching style is all about taking the foods you already LOVE and helping you create balanced meals to achieve your goals. Of course, I’ll always help with meal inspo, but you never have to worry about being told “eat this, not that.”

  • 1:1 Lite Coaching clients will get immediate access to the app and custom nutrition plans delivered within 5 business days. Due to the high-touch nature of 1:1 Private Coaching, there are a limited number of spots available at a time. Once you apply, I’ll reach out with available start dates.

  • If you are looking for a quick fix, a rigid meal plan, or you’re unwilling to change your current approach to weight loss, this is not the program for you. However, if you are an action taker who is so DONE with thinking about dieting and not actually seeing results, I encourage you to join!
